how to add tracking# on ebay, if the item shipped electronically? I sold a windows 7 key on ebay, after it sold I sent the key to buyer in email. I checked my paypal, and saw the balance is pending. Now the buyer already left me positive feedback, how come the balance is still pending? I need to wait 21 days??? IS THIS THE ONLY WAY?
