basicaly the 2nd interview I had was from a major stakeholder/ceo of the company - its a startup company but he did tell me that the hours would be 8am to 6pm monday to friday - and then asked me how i would be commuting to work, and also when i could start. he closed the interview by telling me that i'd hear from his HR manager or something, in 3 to 4 days time. does that mean they STILL havent reached a final decision ? or they have - but they are just making preparations for me to start in their company (desk space, itinery, action plans, training etc) or what !?? im gonna offered the position right ? or im not gonna get offered the position ? the ceo guy seemed impressed btw with my answers. just wondering...
